The Soundvision drawing is wrong

Please contact us as soon as possible. Venue drawings are sourced from the community, so if something is wrong, let us know and we’ll update it.

Can you provide a drawing for me?

Yes. Send us the details and we can discuss what you need.

Can I upload a Soundvision drawing?

Yes. You’ll be helping thousands of system engineers. We can credit you with links to your website or socials if you want.

Where are my downloads?

Digital downloads are usually instant. Check your account area and your order email.

When will I receive my order?

UK orders are usually sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders can take longer depending on destination and customs.

Can I cancel or change an order?

If the order has already shipped, we usually cannot cancel it. If it has not shipped, contact us with your order number.
